Net2Source is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join its growing team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role will focus on expanding the company’s presence within the recruitment and contract staffing industry, cultivating long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives.

• Identify new business opportunities in the recruitment and contract staffing industry.

• Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies.

• Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure client expectations are met with top-tier candidates.

• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, contracts, and presentations.

• Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with clients to ensure profitability.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and professional networking forums.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the recruitment or contract staffing industry.

• Strong knowledge of staffing solutions and the end-to-end recruitment process.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proven track record of achieving business growth and client acquisition.

• Self-driven, results-oriented professional with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
