Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base in Dubai. The ideal candidate will develop business strategies, build relationships, and secure new clients through networking and targeted outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to generate new leads.

• Conduct market research to identify potential client segments.

• Build strong client relationships through networking, cold calling, and meetings.

• Present CBM’s services and value proposition effectively to prospective clients.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

• Attend industry events and conferences to enhance market visibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in accounting/financial services).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
