Business Development Manager

Loylogic is hiring a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead sales initiatives within the Banking sector in the GCC market. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai is ideal for a strategic and consultative sales expert with a passion for driving revenue and expanding client relationships. The candidate will manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closure—while delivering value-based sales solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed annual sales quotas and revenue targets

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and account plans

  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships in the banking industry (CMO, Head of Loyalty, Head of Cards)

  • Drive partner acquisition and close strategic partnerships

  • Manage sales pipeline and CRM data accurately (preferably using Hubspot)

  • Plan and execute joint marketing initiatives with partners

  • Maintain competitive intelligence and communicate unique selling points

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in selling complex business software or IT solutions

  • Extensive relationships within the finance/banking industry (50+ senior-level contacts preferred)

  • Regional experience in the UAE or KSA is essential

  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets

  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with SaaS/cloud-based solutions is a strong advantage
