Transbulk International Shipping LLC is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand business in the project and heavy lift cargo shipping sector. The ideal candidate should have a background in shipping, chartering, or freight sales, with a strong ability to develop new client relationships and manage existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and develop new business opportunities in the shipping and logistics industry.
✅ Manage client relationships and expand the company’s network.
✅ Handle chartering, freight sales, and project cargo requirements.
✅ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of shipping projects.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
✔ 2-3 years of experience in shipping, chartering, or freight sales (freshers with relevant education may be considered).
✔ Strong understanding of project and heavy lift cargo shipping.
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔ Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
✔ Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
