haus & haus, an award-winning real estate agency in Dubai, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their Holiday & Short Term Rentals team. This full-time, on-site role involves prospecting landlords, onboarding properties, preparing financial projections, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in Dubai’s real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a commission-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect landlords from CRM, Dubizzle, and database sheets

• Onboard a minimum of 8 properties per month

• Deal with referrals from internal agents and meet with landlords to sign agreements

• Prepare and send financial projections to landlords

• Build rapport with potential landlords daily

• Conduct market reports and create presentations

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

• Valid driving license and car

• Experience in the Dubai real estate market is essential

• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is preferred

• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills

• Proven experience in improving customer satisfaction

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, high proficiency in English

• Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work in a commission-based environment
