Business Development Manager


Zeal Holdings Limited is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to build and expand relationships with clients, IBs, and Money Managers in the multi-asset trading industry (Gold, Oil, FX, and Cryptocurrencies). The role involves onboarding IBs, identifying trading opportunities, increasing accounts and deposits, and achieving sales targets in the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with potential clients, IBs, and Money Managers
- Onboard IBs and help them increase accounts, deposits, and revenues
- Identify and target key IBs and Money Managers in the MENA region
- Expand business networks organically across multiple industries
- Understand client trading needs and offer customized proposals
- Cross-sell retail clients meeting IB thresholds and guide them through growth
- Stay updated on market news and trends in FX, Commodities, Stocks, and Indices
- Advise clients on trading strategies and risk management
- Attend industry events to source new business opportunities
- Maintain client records using CRM systems
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 4+ years of experience in Forex, Banking, Stock, or Commodities Brokerage (Sales)
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, FX, Stocks, and Commodities
- Understanding of technical and fundamental analysis
- Excellent relationship management, networking, and sales skills
- Strong communication and customer-oriented approach
