Job Title: Business Development Manager – Education & Training Sector

Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our Dubai operations by forming strategic partnerships, securing corporate collaborations, and expanding student enrollment. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for the education and training sector, capable of shaping the institute’s future while working closely with stakeholders in India and the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet student enrollment and revenue goals.

• Identify and establish B2B and B2C partnerships with corporations, institutions, and government bodies.

• Create training pipelines and placement alliances to enhance student career opportunities.

• Represent the institute at networking events, educational expos, and industry forums.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation and campaign execution.

• Mentor and manage junior team members, setting and tracking monthly/quarterly targets.

• Prepare sales presentations, pitch decks, and MoUs with prospective partners.

• Utilize CRM and reporting tools to track business pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue progress.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments in the UAE.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in business development, preferably in the education or training sector.

• Proven track record of meeting B2B/B2C sales targets and driving business growth.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to engage with key decision-makers.

• Deep understanding of UAE market dynamics, regulatory compliance, and business practices.

• Existing network with HR heads, L&D professionals, and educational institutions is a plus.

• Self-starter with leadership abilities and an entrepreneurial mindset.

• UAE Driving License is mandatory.

• Tech-savvy, proficient in Excel, CRM systems, and presentation tools.
