Worldpay is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand its presence in the UAE payments industry. The role involves prospecting enterprise-level merchants, generating new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in payment solutions and enterprise merchant acquiring.

Key Responsibilities:

📈 Sales & Business Growth

• Identify and generate new enterprise-level business opportunities in eCommerce and in-store payments.

• Leverage direct prospecting, partner collaborations, and professional networks to drive sales.

• Represent Worldpay at industry events and networking functions.

💡 Consultative Selling & Strategy

• Utilize DAPA sales methodology to align Worldpay’s solutions with client needs.

• Act as a trusted advisor to business owners and C-suite executives.

• Maintain a strong LinkedIn social selling presence (SSI score above 65).

🤝 Client & Partner Relationship Management

• Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with enterprise merchants.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless deal execution and client satisfaction.

• Drive continuous engagement to retain and expand customer relationships.

Requirements & Qualifications:

✔ Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquiring.

• Proven track record in a “hunter” role, identifying and closing new business deals.

• Payments industry experience is a must.

✔ Skills & Expertise:

• Strong consultative sales approach, able to engage with C-suite executives.

• Proficiency in Enterprise Merchant Acquiring within the UAE market.

• Preference for bilingual candidates (English & Arabic).
