Job Overview

A leading HR solutions provider, TGC Consulting, is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive lead generation, client engagement, and sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong CRM expertise, data analysis skills, and sales experience to optimize business expansion in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead Management & Acquisition

• Identify and attract new clients through market research, referrals, and marketing initiatives.

• Screen potential leads to ensure they meet qualification criteria.

• Maintain and update CRM systems with lead details and sales progress.

✅ Sales Assistance & Proposal Development

• Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and sales teams.

• Support in preparing proposals, estimates, and presentations.

• Conduct client background research and industry analysis to enhance sales strategies.

✅ Customer Relationship & Market Analysis

• Engage with clients, address inquiries, and collect feedback for service improvements.

• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and key sales performance indicators.

✅ Process & Efficiency Optimization

• Continuously refine sales workflows and align strategies with marketing and customer support teams.

• Work collaboratively to enhance sales processes and increase productivity.

Eligibility Criteria

✔ Proven track record in business development, lead management, or sales.
✔ Strong expertise in research methodologies, data analysis tools, and CRM/ERP systems.
✔ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✔ High performer with manager ratings of “Very Good” or “Excellent”.
✔ Familiarity with Microsoft Office, project management tools, and online platforms.
✔ Strong commitment to data privacy and ethical business practices.
