Noventiq Seven Seas Technology is a leading IT solutions provider specializing in Infrastructure, Datacenter, Virtualization, Networking, Information Security, and Cloud solutions in the UAE market. The company is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to manage enterprise BFSI accounts, drive sales, and expand client relationships.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and positioning IT products and services to enterprise clients. You will work closely with vendors, distributors, and C-level executives to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow large enterprise BFSI accounts in the UAE.

Build and maintain relationships with vendors and managed account managers.

Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and sales pitches to prospective clients.

Identify new business opportunities and bring in new clients.
-
Develop and maintain a healthy sales funnel with sustainable opportunities.
-
Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and account tracking.
-
Generate proposals and cost estimations based on client requirements.
-
Interact with C-level executives and oversee account mapping across departments.
-
Engage with the entire IT ecosystem to meet customer needs.

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

12+ years of experience in IT sales, with at least 8+ years in the UAE market.

Strong background in selling Infrastructure, Datacenter, Virtualization, Networking, Information Security, and Cloud solutions.

Well-connected with Enterprise Clients, IT Vendors, and Distributors in the UAE.

In-depth knowledge of Cloud, Servers, Storage, Networking, Backup & Recovery, and Business Continuity solutions.

Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
