Caliberly is looking for a Head of Partnerships to spearhead partnership strategies within the retail luxury goods and jewellery industry. This role requires a candidate with a strong track record in business development and partnerships, ideally within the jewellery sector, to drive growth through strategic alliances. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and maintaining partnerships that align with the company’s goals and lead a team to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities:
💼 Partnership Strategy – Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to identify and secure high-value partnerships.
🤝 Negotiation and Deal Closure – Negotiate and finalize deals with partners that contribute to market growth.
📊 Market Analysis – Identify, evaluate, and prioritize partners based on market influence and revenue potential.
💡 Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with teams like marketing and sales to integrate partnerships into the broader business operations.
🔧 Relationship Management – Manage and deepen ongoing relationships with partners, ensuring mutual goals are met.
📈 Reporting – Regularly report on partnership activities, progress, and ROI to senior management.
Qualifications:

Experience: 8+ years in business development within the jewellery industry.

Skills: Strong negotiation skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to build long-term professional relationships.

Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate partnership opportunities and their potential market impact.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on strategic thinking and team management.
Compensation:

Salary: AED 13,000 – 15,000 per month, plus benefits as per UAE law.
