Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong client relationships. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across IoT, AI, and cybersecurity solutions

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure sustainable growth

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and align business growth strategies

  • Prepare sales reports, set targets, and track performance against objectives

  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships

  • Represent ROAMWORKS at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums

  • Provide valuable insights to refine and improve the company’s business development approach

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategy roles

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis

  • Experience in preparing detailed sales reports and working towards defined sales targets

  • Knowledge of IoT solutions, AI analytics, or cybersecurity technologies (preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Proficiency in CRM software and business development tools

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
