Are you an experienced business development professional with a passion for customer experience (CX) solutions? Voxtron, a leading CX technology provider, is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive sales of contact center and omnichannel communication solutions across the Middle East.
In this role, you will leverage your industry expertise and network to acquire enterprise clients, government entities, and financial institutions, helping them optimize their customer engagement strategies with cutting-edge AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop & implement sales strategies to expand the adoption of cloud-based and AI-driven contact center solutions.
✅ Identify and engage enterprise clients, including BPOs, telecom operators, financial institutions, and government agencies.
✅ Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, IT heads, and procurement teams.
✅ Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
✅ Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
✅ Stay ahead of market trends, emerging CX technologies, and competitor strategies.
✅ Provide sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior leadership.
What You Bring:
✔ 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the contact center and CX solutions industry.
✔ Expertise in IVR, ACD, CTI, Workforce Optimization (WFO), AI-powered chatbots, and omnichannel platforms.
✔ Strong industry connections with enterprises, telecom providers, and government agencies in the UAE & Middle East.
✔ Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
✔ Arabic proficiency is a plus but not required.
