Al Rayan Scientific Center is seeking a Business Development & Field Marketing Executive to expand its client base and strengthen relationships with educational institutions and private sector organizations. The ideal candidate is dynamic, ambitious, and experienced in sales, marketing, or business development—preferably within the education or training sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the center professionally with schools, universities, institutes, and companies.

• Promote training programs and tailor proposals to client needs.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with educational institutions and corporate clients.

• Identify new opportunities for market expansion and growth.

• Deliver presentations and propose innovative learning solutions to potential clients.

• Manage and develop cooperation contracts to ensure sustainable partnerships.

• Achieve assigned sales and marketing performance targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or business development (preferably in education/training).

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.

• Ability to manage fieldwork and time effectively.

• Fluency in Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus).

• Valid driver’s license and personal car (preferred).
