Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture high-value affiliate partnerships using modern CRM tools.

• Analyze market opportunities and competitive landscapes to identify potential leads.

• Design and execute expansion strategies tailored to the Pakistani market.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

• Represent Deriv at industry events and partner meetings.

• Travel frequently across regions as per business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Fluency in English and any local Pakistani languages (Pashto/Sindhi) with a strong cultural understanding of the market.

• 2-5 years of experience in business development (preferred).

• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of financial services and digital technologies (preferred).

• Enthusiasm for AI-driven business processes.
