Pink Camel Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Executive & Manager to generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), institutional investors, corporates, and family offices in the UAE and MENA region. The role involves promoting key products like Earn, OTC services, and spot trading, while staying informed about market trends in the cryptocurrency and fintech sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

💼 Client Acquisition & Relationship Management – Engage potential clients, including institutional investors and family offices, and sell Earn products, OTC services, and spot trading.
📈 Market Development – Develop strategies to expand the company’s presence across the UAE and MENA region by identifying market opportunities and creating partnerships.
💡 Product Expertise – Deeply understand cryptocurrency products to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
📝 Sales & Negotiation – Lead the sales process, including proposals, presentations, and negotiations to meet business objectives.
🔍 Market Intelligence – Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the crypto and fintech sectors.

Required Qualifications:

💼 Experience – Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management, ideally within the cryptocurrency, fintech, or financial services sectors.
🌐 Network – Strong network of institutional investors, HNIs, corporates, and family offices in the UAE and MENA region.
📚 Product Knowledge – Excellent understanding of Earn products, OTC services, and spot trading.
💬 Skills – Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

This role is critical for building new business opportunities in the UAE and MENA region by promoting the company’s key products to high-net-worth and institutional clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong HNWI network in cryptocurrency and fintech and be able to tailor solutions to client needs.
