Pink Camel Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Executive/Manager to drive client acquisition and expand market presence across the UAE and MENA region. This role focuses on selling cryptocurrency financial products, including Earn, OTC trading, and spot trading, to institutional investors, HNWIs, corporates, and family offices.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Identify and engage institutional investors, HNWIs, corporates, and family offices.

Promote and sell the company’s Earn product, OTC services, and spot trading.

Build long-term client relationships to maximize business opportunities.
📈 Market Expansion & Development:

Develop strategies to grow the company’s footprint across the UAE and MENA region.

Identify and establish key partnerships with industry stakeholders.

Keep track of market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments.
🔍 Product & Sales Expertise:

Understand and communicate the value proposition of cryptocurrency products.

Lead the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.

Draft proposals, present solutions, and negotiate contract terms.
Who You Are:
✔ Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
✔ Experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or financial services sectors.
✔ Strong network of institutional investors, HNWIs, and corporates in UAE & MENA.
✔ Expert knowledge of Earn products, OTC trading, and spot trading.
✔ Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
✔ Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
