Gracely Cancer Care, the UAE’s first dedicated provider of compassionate, patient-centered oncology services, is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand its footprint across the UAE and GCC region. Reporting directly to the CEO, this commission-only role offers uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to make a real impact in the healthcare sector. Ideal candidates will have strong networking skills, proven business growth experience, and a passion for improving cancer care access and quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral networks in healthcare.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategic planning.

Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, insurers, and corporate wellness providers.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to align business growth with service delivery.

Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential partners.

Track KPIs, pipeline status, and market trends for senior leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

1–2 years’ experience in business development (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical services preferred).

Familiarity with the UAE/GCC healthcare landscape is an advantage.

Proven success in achieving growth targets and building strategic partnerships.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.
