Business Development Executive – Healthcare (Commission-Based)

Gracely Cancer Care, the UAE’s first dedicated provider of compassionate, patient-centered oncology services, is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand its footprint across the UAE and GCC region. Reporting directly to the CEO, this commission-only role offers uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to make a real impact in the healthcare sector. Ideal candidates will have strong networking skills, proven business growth experience, and a passion for improving cancer care access and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral networks in healthcare.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategic planning.

  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, insurers, and corporate wellness providers.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to align business growth with service delivery.

  • Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential partners.

  • Track KPIs, pipeline status, and market trends for senior leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in business development (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical services preferred).

  • Familiarity with the UAE/GCC healthcare landscape is an advantage.

  • Proven success in achieving growth targets and building strategic partnerships.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Commission-only role with uncapped earning potential (OTE 10,000–20,000+ AED/month).
