Next Hires Management Consultancies is urgently hiring an experienced Business Development Executive for their international client in the Freight Forwarding industry in the UAE. The role focuses on developing new business across Sea, Air, and Land freight while exceeding sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop import, export, and cross-trade business across all products by onboarding new customers.

• Achieve and exceed predefined sales targets set by management.

• Maintain a robust pipeline of target and prospect accounts with full growth potential.

• Update pricing and opportunities in CRM daily; ensure 100% data quality.

• Provide market feedback to pricing teams and assist in client meetings.

• Participate in initiatives, special projects, and strategic focus areas as assigned.

• Achieve GP minimum 3–4 times the target salary.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years’ experience in business development within the freight forwarding industry (Air and Sea).

• Existing customer base in the relevant market.

• Strong understanding of logistics operations, products, and services in the freight industry.

• Valid UAE driving license.

• Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
