PixelWaves, a Dubai-based leader in e-commerce and digital transformation services, is looking for a Business Development Executive on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for entrepreneurial, self-driven sales professionals passionate about e-commerce, digital solutions, and business growth. You will identify potential clients, promote digital services, and build long-term partnerships to help businesses scale in the digital economy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential B2B clients in the UAE and globally.

• Promote and sell services including:

  • E-commerce marketplace management (Amazon, Walmart, Noon, eBay, Carrefour).

  • Mobile app and website development.

  • B2B bulk selling and product sourcing.

  • Digital marketing, SEO, and transformation solutions.

• Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proactive, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.

• Must be based in Dubai or capable of operating within the UAE market.

• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• This is a commission-only role (no fixed salary initially).

• Applicants must already hold a valid UAE work visa (no sponsorship at the start).

• Visa and base salary may be considered after strong performance review.
