This role offers the chance to build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive growth in the corporate travel sector. The ideal candidate will bring a strong B2B sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving results within a high-performing, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for the FCM brand across the Middle East & Africa region.

• Manage extended sales cycles through networking, tender submissions, and client relationship building.

• Generate leads via cold calling, networking, and face-to-face meetings to achieve sales targets.

• Engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels to create and close opportunities.

• Contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy and wider business plan.

• Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Business Development (B2B environment) – mandatory.

• Proven sales ability across the Middle East, Africa, or GCC region.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Strategic, professional, and persistent with experience in long sales cycles.

• Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
