Nuvra is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive sales, manage proposals, and build long-term client relationships. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, managing tenders and outsourcing platforms, preparing proposals, and closing deals across local and international markets. The position is contract-based with potential renewal and offers a base salary plus commission scheme, rewarding high performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Tender & Outsourcing Platform Management: Register and manage accounts on tender portals and outsourcing marketplaces (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Toptal, Clutch, government sites). Monitor platforms daily for new opportunities.

Proposal Preparation & Submission: Review project requirements, prepare tailored proposals/bids/quotations, ensure compliance, and submit on time.

Sales & Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a sales pipeline, conduct prospect calls, negotiate terms, and close deals.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships, handle queries, and ensure excellent service for repeat business.

Research & Strategy: Conduct market and competitor research, optimize bidding strategies, and analyze success rates. Provide reports to management.
Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, tendering, or proposal writing.

Strong written and spoken English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.

Familiarity with online tendering platforms and outsourcing marketplaces.

Excellent research, organization, and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for international clients.

Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Experience in IT services, software development, or digital marketing industry preferred.
