Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Business Development Executive to expand our portfolio within the cleaning, maintenance, and technical services sector. This role requires a proactive professional with strong technical knowledge, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to close deals across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within HVAC, duct cleaning, housekeeping, and facility maintenance services

• Prepare and present tailored service proposals, quotations, and tenders for clients in commercial, residential, and industrial sectors

• Conduct site visits to assess requirements, explain technical benefits, and ensure service alignment (e.g., enhanced air quality, improved energy efficiency)

• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships while negotiating and closing contracts to achieve or exceed sales targets

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands; provide regular sales performance reports

• Coordinate with the operations team for appointment scheduling and confirmation

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable service packages

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of proven experience in business development within cleaning, maintenance, or technical services

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills

• Technical knowledge of HVAC, duct systems, and facility solutions

• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting software (e.g., Salesforce)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Technical Services or a related field

• Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates
