Job Title: Business Development Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to lead client acquisition and sales growth for our branding and design company in Dubai. This role demands a proactive, strategic professional who can manage the full 360° sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—while collaborating with creative and marketing teams to deliver tailored branding solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for branding, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and pursue new business opportunities within the branding and design industry across all phases of the sales cycle.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients, offering customized branding strategies that meet their unique business goals.

  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and uncover growth opportunities for brand positioning and sales optimization.

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop persuasive proposals, presentations, and sales pitches that reflect our branding expertise.

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to generate qualified leads and enhance brand visibility.

  • Deliver compelling branding-focused presentations and negotiate deals to convert prospects into loyal clients.

  • Monitor competitors and evolving market trends to refine business development strategies.

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Report on business development performance and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.

  • Support the development of integrated marketing strategies that align with branding and sales goals.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for branding and client engagement.

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the branding, creative, or design sector.

  • Expertise in managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closing.

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to tailor pitches to branding needs.

  • Understanding of branding tools, market dynamics, and digital trends.

  • Self-driven, organized, and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

  • Based in the UAE with knowledge of the regional branding and marketing landscape.

Skills Required:
