Job Description:
Reliance HR Consultancy is looking to hire a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s client base, strengthening relationships, and achieving strategic sales goals. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong background in sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities.

• Develop and implement strategic business development and marketing plans.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client requirements.

• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Maintain records of sales activities and generate regular performance reports.

• Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management.

• Proven skills in Market Research and Strategic Planning.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in sales and marketing methodologies.

• Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable plans.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
