Key Responsibilities:

Identify, pursue, and develop new B2B sales opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and lead generation.

Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.

Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.

Present our engaging product range to schools, businesses, and leisure centers.

Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and confidently close deals.

Maintain up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.

Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop impactful campaigns and presentations.

Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure a leading market position.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven sales experience, ideally in B2B, leisure, or related sectors

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
