Job Title: Business Development Executive 

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive (Female) to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for a passionate professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is eager to expand our presence across diverse industries including Real Estate, IT, Hospitality, Maritime Shipping, Oil & Gas, Marketing, and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Analyze emerging markets and identify new business opportunities within targeted sectors.

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Generate leads, pitch company offerings, and establish long-term client relationships.

  • Sales & Growth Strategy: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.

  • Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business forums to expand our network and visibility.

  • Deal Negotiation & Closure: Lead contract negotiations, close strategic deals, and create pricing structures based on market trends.

  • Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of business development activities and provide regular performance reports.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient client onboarding and project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within one or more of the target industries.

  • Strong understanding of Dubai’s business landscape and market dynamics.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Must be comfortable working in a hybrid (remote + office) environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.

  • Previous experience working in Dubai.

  • A well-established professional network in relevant industries.
