Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Consultant to help expand our client base. This role involves generating leads, conducting client consultations, and closing sales deals. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads via networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.

• Conduct client consultations to assess hiring needs.

• Close deals and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment agency setting.

• Experience handling junior to senior-level hiring.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

• Preferred: Candidates with own visa.
