Nova Voya Technologies, a Dubai-based medical tourism facilitation platform, is looking for a Business Development Consultant (Commission-Only, Part-Time) to expand its healthcare partnerships across the UAE and MENA region. Nova Voya connects international patients with trusted UAE clinics, hospitals, and doctors while also supporting providers with marketing, operational optimization, licensing, and healthcare job placements.

This role is ideal for experienced professionals with strong healthcare networks who can generate quality leads and facilitate strategic partnerships in medical tourism and healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in medical and wellness tourism, with a focus on Dubai.

• Connect and establish partnerships with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers.

• Support providers with process optimization, marketing, licensing, and staffing solutions.

• Leverage existing healthcare networks to book qualified meetings for Nova Voya’s leadership team.

• Facilitate introductions and early-stage discussions, while leadership manages negotiations and contracts.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development or partnerships within the UAE/MENA healthcare sector.

• Strong professional network of doctors, clinics, and hospitals in the region.

• Background in medical tourism, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics, or insurance/TPAs is highly valued.

• Proven ability to initiate and build lasting partnerships.

• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Compensation & Engagement:

• Commission-only role – no fixed retainer or hourly pay.

• Earnings based on signed partnerships and/or patient inflows.

• Flexible, remote, part-time role suitable for professionals confident in lead generation and partnerships.
