Job Title: Business Development & Client Servicing Manager

Job Description:
Technotask, a global leader in contact center and business process outsourcing (BPO) services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development & Client Servicing Manager to join our expanding Dubai team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in acquiring new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of tailored BPO and IT solutions across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities in the UAE market focused on BPO and IT services.

• Client Servicing & Retention: Understand client requirements, deliver exceptional service, and meet quarterly revenue targets.

• Lead Generation & Closure: Generate qualified leads via cold calls, networking, and referrals; successfully negotiate and close deals.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies aligned with Technotask’s growth goals.

• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors to refine offerings and uncover new opportunities.

• Cross-Selling & Upselling: Expand client portfolios by introducing complementary IT products and services.

• Client Onboarding & Handover: Ensure seamless transitions from sales to operations with a focus on client satisfaction and service quality.

• Internal Collaboration: Liaise with operations, training, and quality teams to ensure client expectations are consistently met.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development or B2B sales, preferably in BPO/IT services.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of UAE business landscape and BPO industry.

• Mobility: Valid UAE driver’s license and own vehicle preferred.

• VISA: Open to self-sponsored candidates; company sponsorship available.
