A newly established high-end women’s wear brand in Dubai Design District is expanding to a standalone boutique in Jumeirah and is looking for a Business & Brand Manager. This role is ideal for someone who can shape the brand, define its target audience, and execute a powerful marketing & business strategy to elevate its image and reach.

The ultimate goal? Expanding the brand beyond the UAE and positioning it as a global luxury fashion name.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Development: Work closely with the owner and creative designer to define and refine the brand identity.

• Marketing Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive marketing plan tailored to high-end fashion consumers in the UAE.

• Target Audience Engagement: Identify and build strong connections with the upper-tier clientele of the UAE.

• Business Growth: Develop and implement a strategy to take the brand to international markets.

• Retail & Digital Presence: Ensure the brand has a strong physical and digital footprint to attract and retain customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in high-end women’s fashion with expertise in brand building and marketing strategy within the UAE.

• Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and a dynamic approach to brand management.

• Deep understanding of the luxury fashion market and the diverse high-net-worth clientele in the UAE.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
