Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst – MIS & Projects to support our finance and technology teams. This role will act as a bridge between stakeholders, ensuring the timely execution and tracking of UAT, reporting deliverables, and the development of automated solutions that impact regulatory, financial, and management reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for finance-related systems and projects across business units.

• Deliver accurate and timely data for financial and management reports, covering both UAE and overseas operations.

• Act as a liaison between finance and technology to align business requirements with technical solutions.

• Track and manage projects, URFs, service tickets, and deliverables using organized and transparent processes.

• Design and develop automated dashboards and reports using queries and templates in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Participate in the enhancement of finance information systems, including T24, ERP, OFSAA, and PRIME platforms.

• Handle queries and provide ad hoc and BAU (Business As Usual) support to regulatory, financial, and MIS reporting teams.

• Identify and escalate any issues or risks in current systems and reporting structures to senior management.

• Ensure compliance and quality by updating systems for data accuracy and efficiency in reporting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business analysis, preferably in financial services or banking sectors.

• Strong background in MIS, UAT coordination, data analysis, and project tracking.

• Excellent understanding of regulatory, financial, and management reporting requirements.

• Familiarity with financial systems such as T24, ERP, PRIME, FMC, OFSAA, and CPR is highly desirable.

• Experience in automating reports, creating dashboards, and data integration.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
