Dubizzle Group is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong technical capabilities and business acumen to support the Finance and Business teams in the UAE. The role involves building and maintaining data pipelines, conducting in-depth analysis, and delivering actionable insights to drive financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct and manipulate large datasets using SQL, Python, and similar tools.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.

• Retrieve, clean, and analyze large datasets to support financial planning and analysis.

• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to track financial and operational metrics.

• Collaborate with the Finance team to understand data requirements and business objectives.

• Provide ad-hoc data analysis to support strategic decision-making and variance analysis.

• Identify inefficiencies in data processes and implement improvements.

• Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data accuracy.

• Communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Help define KPIs and drive data governance through standardization.

• Ensure the timely delivery of reports and maintain data quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or data analysis.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Experience with ETL processes, data warehouses, and cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery).

• Knowledge of financial models and variance analysis is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, or R).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.

• Proactive and able to work independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
