Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Brand & Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is passionate about health, wellness, and sustainability, with a strong grasp of both digital and offline marketing strategies. You will be instrumental in growing our brand presence, engaging our community, and driving impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with Wild & The Moon’s brand values.

• Manage social media channels, create compelling content, and engage with the online community.

• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality marketing materials.

• Plan and execute brand activations, events, and partnerships to enhance brand awareness.

• Work closely with PR teams to secure media coverage and influencer collaborations.

• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

• Support in-store branding, promotional materials, and customer loyalty initiatives.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new marketing innovations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B, lifestyle, or wellness industries.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and social media trends.

• Experience in event planning, influencer marketing, and partnerships is a plus.

• Passion for health, wellness, and sustainability.
