A leading food service company in Dubai is seeking a Brand Chef to act as the face of its culinary identity and product portfolio. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, this full-time role involves 48 hours per week and offers a negotiable salary based on experience. The ideal candidate will be a classically trained chef with fine dining experience, passionate about high-end ingredients, and skilled in both live demonstrations and digital content creation. The position combines culinary excellence with brand ambassadorship, supporting both marketing and sales functions.

Key Responsibilities:

👨‍🍳 Create innovative and appealing dishes using the company’s products
📸 Develop engaging digital content (photos/videos) showcasing culinary skills
📄 Design recipes and menus highlighting product quality
🤝 Support the sales team in client meetings and product demonstrations
🎉 Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and partner gatherings
📹 Present cooking processes confidently on-camera and in-person
🧑‍🏫 Conduct product training sessions for internal teams
📦 Collaborate with suppliers on workshops and product understanding
📈 Work with marketing and sales teams to align on strategy and content planning

Key Competencies & Requirements:

✔ Classical culinary training and strong kitchen expertise across all sections
✔ Minimum experience in fine dining; Japanese cuisine is a plus
✔ Strong presentation skills, comfortable speaking to live audiences and on camera
✔ Competent in content creation using photography and basic video tools
✔ Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
✔ Must be eligible for travel across the GCC, UK, and Europe
✔ Culinary assessment and cook-off required as part of the hiring process
