Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both customers and staff.

• Assist customers in selecting clothing, dress materials, and accessories, providing expert fashion advice.

• Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring satisfaction and return business.

• Stay updated on current fashion trends and fabric knowledge to offer the best options to clients.

• Coordinate stock levels, handle inventory management, and oversee visual merchandising.

• Create a positive and engaging shopping environment for all customers.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and other Indian languages.

• Strong fashion sense with an eye for detail and styling.

• In-depth understanding of fabrics and materials used in clothing.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or fashion-related roles.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
