Rose Rayhaan by Rotana is seeking a BMS Operator to oversee and manage building systems and plant performance. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for technically skilled professionals with experience in Building Management Systems, maintenance coordination, and plant diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control the Building Management System (BMS) and plant operations.

• Provide Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules and coordinate implementation.

• Analyze plant behavior and adjust control parameters accordingly.

• Conduct audits using BMS tools such as data logging and alarm monitoring.

• Identify system faults, analyze failures, and recommend solutions to the supervisor.

• Review historical system data to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

• Program automated testing for systems like power generators, fire alarms, etc.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or BMS-related field.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role with hands-on BMS operation and maintenance.

Skills:

• Strong command of English

• Diagnostic and fault-finding skills

• Knowledge of HVAC, generators, fire systems, and PPM scheduling

• Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected challenges

• Adaptability, attention to detail, and teamwork
