ENGIE Solutions Middle East is hiring a BMS Operator to manage and maintain Building Management Systems and associated HVAC control infrastructure. The role requires hands-on expertise in diagnostics, repairs, commissioning, and maintenance of BMS equipment in high-demand environments like hotels, hospitals, and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test, calibrate, and repair BMS control systems and related hardware/software.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on BMS and HVAC control systems.

• Install and maintain control hardware including sensors, power supplies, and enclosures.

• Diagnose and resolve technical faults in system components.

• Maintain operator workstations, update point databases and graphics.

• Prepare PPM schedules and reports, ensuring compliance with service contracts.

• Interpret HVAC system drawings and wiring schematics.

• Monitor and maintain building automation systems including fume hoods and exhaust systems.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-year diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in BMS installation, commissioning, and servicing.

• Previous experience in AC & refrigeration maintenance, preferably in commercial or institutional settings.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong working knowledge of various BMS systems and test equipment.

• Ability to troubleshoot under emergency conditions.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Understanding of HVAC system schematics and industry standards.

• Knowledge of maintenance-related software.

• Valid UAE driver’s license preferred.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
