Ignite Group is seeking a skilled BMS Estimation Engineer with a strong background in HVAC optimization, MEP, and BMS systems. This role requires technical precision and commercial acumen to support tendering and project budgeting efforts across a growing pipeline of engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze technical documents, project drawings, and specifications to prepare precise cost estimates.

• Develop quantity take-offs and pricing estimates for BMS, HVAC, and MEP systems.

• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to gather accurate and competitive quotations.

• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver technically sound and commercially competitive proposals.

• Identify project risks and recommend value engineering strategies.

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), tender documents, and commercial offers.

• Work with project managers and clients to refine budgets and cost forecasts.

• Monitor market trends, material costs, and new technologies to inform pricing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.

• 3–5 years of experience in estimation for BMS, HVAC, and MEP projects.

• Solid knowledge of system design principles, material selection, and cost control.

• Proven experience in tendering and bidding for commercial or industrial projects.

• Proficiency with estimation tools and MS Excel.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
