ENGIE is hiring a skilled BMS/DCIM Operator for its data center operations in Abu Dhabi. This role involves supervising and controlling Building Management and Data Center Infrastructure Management systems, ensuring 24/7 efficient operation and maintenance of all facility systems to achieve mission-critical performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor BMS and DCIM systems covering HVAC, lighting, fire suppression, electrical, and plumbing systems

• Perform routine checks and adjustments for optimal system performance

• Respond to and document system alarms and anomalies

• Maintain daily logs and generate maintenance and incident reports

• Create and close job cards using CAFM (FSI) mobile apps

• Monitor fire safety systems and water, air handling, and pump equipment

• Collaborate with facility engineers and respond to emergency calls efficiently

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational protocols

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Electrical, ELV, and HVAC systems

• Ability to read and interpret CAD, shop drawings, and single-line diagrams

• Strong understanding of BMS/DCIM operations and technical emergency response

• Excellent computer and CAFM app usage skills

• Fluent in English with good communication skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

• Strong team collaboration and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2–3 years of hands-on BMS/DCIM operation in data centers

• 5+ years total experience in BMS/DCIM

• Technical diploma or equivalent education

• Data center certifications are a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
