Bin Murshed Group is actively hiring a Blue Collar Recruiter to join its recruitment team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is an on-site, full-time role involving fieldwork across the UAE, with occasional overseas recruitment. The recruiter will focus on high-volume hiring of bike riders and other blue-collar talent, particularly those already residing in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for bike riders and other blue-collar roles.

• Conduct sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.

• Develop and maintain strong industry networks including driving schools and recruitment agencies.

• Ensure coordination with HR and operations teams to align hiring needs.

• Meet monthly hiring KPIs such as hires per month, time-to-hire, onboarding success rate, and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment, preferably in recruiting bike riders.

• Established local network within the UAE’s recruitment landscape.

• Fluency in Hindi and Urdu (required); other languages are a plus.

• Highly proactive and target-driven approach with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work in the field across various emirates.
