Bin Murshed Group, a leading company in the last-mile delivery sector, is seeking a skilled Blue Collar Recruiter specializing in recruiting Delivery Drivers (Bike Riders) for its Delivery Zone in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on managing high-volume recruitment with speed and quality, sourcing candidates through multiple platforms and campaigns, and coordinating onboarding and documentation with HR and Operations teams. The recruiter will also address rider-related issues such as accommodation, licenses, and grievances, ensuring smooth operational flow and compliance with key delivery platforms like Talabat, Noon, and Careem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bulk recruitment efficiently while maintaining candidate quality.

• Source and attract candidates using various digital platforms and marketing campaigns.

• Coordinate with HR and Operations for onboarding, documentation, and project allocation.

• Handle delivery riders’ matters including accommodation, licensing, and grievance resolution.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in blue-collar or bulk recruitment in the UAE, preferably hiring delivery riders.

• Familiarity with compliance requirements of delivery platforms such as Talabat, Noon, and Careem.

• Valid driving license preferred.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
