Bin Murshed Group is hiring a Blue-Collar Recruiter to manage recruitment for delivery drivers (bike riders) in Abu Dhabi for Delivery Zone operations. This role is best suited for recruiters with proven experience in bulk and blue-collar hiring in the UAE. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and rider management while collaborating with HR and operations teams to ensure smooth processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume hiring for delivery riders while maintaining recruitment quality and efficiency.

• Source candidates from multiple platforms and through recruitment marketing efforts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, agencies, and industry partners.

• Oversee onboarding, document verification, and allocation of riders to projects.

• Address rider-related matters, including accommodation, licensing, grievances, and compliance.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Hindi and Urdu is mandatory for effective candidate communication.

• Proven experience in blue-collar and bulk hiring within the UAE; delivery rider recruitment preferred.

• Familiarity with Talabat portals and compliance standards for Noon and Careem riders.

• A valid driving license (bike or car) is an added advantage for field visits and recruitment drives.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
