Bin Murshed Group is hiring a Blue-Collar Recruiter specializing in hiring Delivery Drivers (Bike Riders) for Delivery Zone in Abu Dhabi. The role requires managing high-volume recruitment while ensuring quality and efficiency. The recruiter will also handle rider-related matters, onboarding, and compliance with delivery partners such as Talabat, Noon, and Careem.

Responsibilities:

• Manage bulk recruitment of delivery drivers (bike riders).

• Source candidates via multiple platforms and marketing channels.

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, agencies, and partners.

• Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for onboarding, documentation, and project allocation.

• Handle rider-related matters such as accommodation, licensing, and grievances.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluency in Hindi and Urdu (mandatory).

• Proven UAE experience in blue-collar and bulk hiring (delivery riders preferred).

• Familiarity with Talabat portals and compliance requirements for Noon/Careem.

• Valid driving license (bike or car) is an advantage.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
