Job Responsibilities:

Product Planning & Lifecycle Management

• Manage blockchain product lifecycle from ideation to go-to-market

• Design scalable, secure product architecture (e.g., wallets, DeFi tools)

• Draft PRDs, prototypes, and tech specs in coordination with engineering

Industry Research & Strategy

• Track blockchain trends, regulations, and market shifts

• Conduct competitive benchmarking and user behavior analysis

Cross-functional Collaboration & Community Engagement

• Work with engineers, marketers, and stakeholders for product delivery

• Engage ecosystem participants (e.g., node operators, developers, DAOs) to drive adoption

UX Optimization & Data Analysis

• Monitor on-chain metrics like gas fees, address growth, and user feedback

• Leverage analytics tools to optimize performance and user experience

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure regulatory compliance and security best practices

• Collaborate with smart contract auditors to reduce vulnerabilities

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:

• 3+ years in product management; minimum 1 year in blockchain/Web3

• Experience with Ethereum, Solana, TRON, and blockchain core tech

• Bonus: DeFi, NFT, or DAO product experience

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills; familiarity with blockchain analytics tools

• Proficient in Figma, Axure, Jira, and Notion

• Bonus: understanding of tokenomics, DAO governance models

Soft Skills:

• Ownership-driven mindset, adaptable under pressure

• Excellent English reading and writing skills

• Able to collaborate in international and technical settings

Preferred:

• Blockchain certifications or developer experience

• Active contributor in Web3 or DAO communities
