Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Biomedical Sales and Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical equipment sales and service, with exceptional communication skills and a passion for fostering long-term client relationships. This role involves promoting innovative biomedical products to healthcare institutions across the UAE, providing product demonstrations, and delivering outstanding service support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market biomedical products to hospitals, clinics, medical centers, and healthcare professionals.

• Conduct detailed product demonstrations, highlighting key features, benefits, and usage to potential clients.

• Achieve sales targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.

• Generate and follow up on sales leads and maintenance service opportunities.

• Plan and execute regular client visits to medical facilities, delivering product information and collecting valuable customer feedback.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer feedback, and market intelligence.

• Stay informed about advancements in medical technology and effectively communicate product capabilities to clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical equipment and consumables industry in the UAE.

• A valid UAE driving license is required.

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a customer-centric mindset.

• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
