Exciting BIM Technician Opportunity in Dubai!

J10 Consulting is seeking an experienced BIM Technician to join a top consultancy firm in Dubai. This role focuses on high-rise and mall projects, ensuring accurate 3D model development, clash detection, and construction documentation.

This is a contract-based position (3-6 months) with immediate availability, offering the chance to work with a renowned PMC or Developer in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

📌 3D Model Development & Coordination:

• Create and maintain detailed 3D construction models using Revit & Navisworks.

• Develop and manage Revit families and templates for efficient modeling.

• Integrate architectural and structural designs into 3D models for coordination.

📌 Clash Detection & Construction Documentation:

• Perform clash detection and resolution to mitigate construction issues.

• Extract 2D drawings, sections, and elevations from 3D models.

• Prepare high-quality construction documentation for stakeholder meetings.

📌 Project Collaboration & Compliance:

• Ensure models and drawings align with project requirements and industry standards.

• Work closely with engineers, architects, and project teams to optimize designs.

• Deliver all models and drawings within project timelines.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

✅ Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
✅ Experience: 5-8 years in Structural/Architectural Draughting using Revit/BIM, with at least 2 years in a PMC or Engineering Consultancy in the UAE.
✅ Project Expertise: Experience in high-rise and mall projects is essential.
✅ Software Proficiency: Strong expertise in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
✅ Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
