Our client, a leading interior design consultancy, is urgently seeking two experienced BIM Specialists to support high-end hospitality projects in Dubai. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with expert-level Revit/BIM skills and a proven background in interior detailing for luxury environments.

This position is offered as a 3–6 month contract with immediate joining, where selected candidates will be employed via J10 Consulting as outsourced staff for the client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interior Detailing: Produce comprehensive BIM-based interior drawings (plans, elevations, sections) for high-end hospitality environments.

• Revit/BIM Modelling: Use Revit and AutoCAD to develop precise 2D/3D models, coordinating across trades for design consistency.

• Material Coordination: Ensure interior details reflect luxury aesthetics, integrating specifications across architectural and MEP disciplines.

• Design Documentation: Maintain updated drawing sets, revisions, and as-built records; organize files with accuracy and consistency.

• Site Implementation Support: Offer technical guidance during construction phases to ensure design intent is realized seamlessly on-site.

• Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with designers, architects, and project managers to maintain alignment on design vision and technical execution.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year with a recognized UAE-based consultancy.

• Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM is essential.

• Proven experience in detailing and documentation for high-end interior design or hospitality projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently and deliver to tight deadlines.
