Job Summary:

Manly Tech Engineering LLC is seeking skilled and passionate BIM professionals (Modellers, Coordinators, and Engineers) to join our Dubai-based team. Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Handle BIM project requirements from UAE-based clients to uphold high technical standards.
🔹 Plan, coordinate, and execute BIM processes across multiple disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP).
🔹 Lead project teams in BIM implementation and ensure alignment with client expectations.
🔹 Assure the delivery of high-quality, coordinated BIM models and documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Building Services, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.

• Passion for BIM and experience in Architectural, Structural, or MEP modeling.

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Navisworks.

• Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant BIM experience preferred (fresh graduates with training will be considered).

• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proactive attitude and ability to work within a fast-paced project environment.
