A leading construction firm in Dubai is hiring a BIM Modeler and Coordinator to manage and coordinate Building Information Modeling tasks on high-impact architectural and structural projects. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity ideal for professionals with 6+ years of BIM experience and deep technical knowledge in tools like Revit and Navisworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adjust worksets and project frameworks to meet project-specific workflows and standards.

• Prepare and coordinate project models in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan.

• Create and develop Revit families as per architectural and structural project needs.

• Develop architectural and structural details within the BIM model framework.

• Extract details, sheets, and data in various required formats.

• Upload models and drawings to cloud platforms (e.g., BIM 360) or others as required.

• Conduct clash detection reports and resolve conflicts per BIM protocol.

• Collaborate with architectural and structural engineers to address modeling clashes.

• Produce accurate shop drawings based on engineer inputs and project specs.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience as a BIM Modeler or Coordinator in the construction industry.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.

• Solid understanding of BIM standards, LOD specifications, and clash detection processes.

• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
